Gajendra Moksha Strotam Meaning Lyrics Hindi

Gajendra Sthuthi is a powerful mantra of the 8th Skanda and Bhagwatha Purana Chapter to Lord Vishnu. According to a famous Katha, when Gajendra prayed the stotra, Mahavishnu rescued Gajendra (The king of elephants) from the crocodile clutches. Chanting this mighty prayer gives you the power to face all the challenges of life and to recover from unwelcome circumstances.

I greet the Almighty, the all-powerful God, whom the holy syllable, OM, signifies, who creates the asprakriti bodies and lives in them as purusha, the self-performing God, of whom this world is born and exists, who indeed is the World, but beyond this world to be the unmanifested source.

I submit to that God in whom this creation is created, exists and is in essence made into the divine Which, in its physical and spiritual nature, becomes the entire world we see.
Lord Visnhu is the unimpeded Awareness and the Witness of all, who by his own Maya (power) has established in Himself this universe, which is seen in its manifested condition and not-seen in its causal state by others, but is witnessed by Himself in both these conditions. Lord Visnhu is the Self-conscious awareness, from whom all other Jivas arise. I seek refuge in that Being, transcending all the highest human conceptions of Him.

When the force of time and only the utter obscurity or ignorance in the form of the Unmanifested existed in all the worlds and their illuminations and protectors, as was Brahma, then He the supreme light of consciousness shined unimagined over such an obscurity. The universe was destroyed or reduced into its primeval state.
The audiences in a drama do not recognize an actor's personality due to his various acts on stage. This is also with the God and the Sages, the Lord Vishnu and Sages are unable to understand Maya. Then, how can a normal human, much less an animal like me, understand or explain His inscrutable ways? May God Help me.
Let this Lord be my refuge for whom wise men search, forsaking the forest, and doing ceaseless penance. They leave all their attachments for worldly attractions.
He who has neither birth nor actions to perform, neither name and form nor is subject to the Gunas of Prakriti, and yet assumes all these through His inherent power of Maya from time to time for the creation, preservation and dissolution of the universe – to that Supreme Being, I bow down
For the Brahman, the shapeless being who, but takes on countless forms and performs remarkable deeds, I bow down to the supreme being.

I bow my head to the Lord who is unable to be penetrated by voice, mind or different mental powers and who remains witness to all the world's phenomena.
I submit to the Almighty, which can be attained by a wise person by means of a pure heart, the Lord, who gives absolute happiness and wisdom.
I bow to the Lord who is as peaceful and calm as three Gunas (because the wicked are destroyed), who has no difference, who remains unchanged and always, in all respects, who is crystallized with wisdom.

I bow down to the Lord who is the Knower of the field (body), who is presiding over and witnessing everything, who is the source of spirit and matter ( atman and prakriti) and who is the Original Being (Mula Prakriti).
I bow down to the Lord whose true nature is made known to the ego by offering consciousness as the material behind a shadow. I am the perceiver of all sight bodies, and all their objects.
You are the cause of all the causes, but you are the result of no cause whatsoever. You are the great cause because when the consequences become the normal causes change, but you create the world without any change. You are the waters in which all the scriptures float. You are the river. You are the joy of heaven and the safe haven for great souls. I'm bowing down.
I bow to you who are the divine light of consciousness that is concealed in the firewood of the gunas of the prakriti.
If the balance of gunas is disrupted, the will to build emerges in you. You shine with your own creativity in the minds of those who have rejected the scriptures and acts which they practice and are engaged in contemplation.
I bow down to those of you who honor ignorant creations like me by separating our binding fetters of ignorance, who are always free and attentive in bestowing mercy to the devotees, who shine as an individualized self-consciousness through an atom of yourself in every incarnate being as the Universal Self and the Ultimate will without any mutilation.
I bow down to you, the embodiment of Pure Holiness and of all who, while occupying all, are hard to approach those who bind themselves to the body, to wives, children, kitts, and families, and to things such as wealth of land, etc.
They go beyond the prakriti gunas, though they work through them and are viewed by those who are free from ignorance in the cavity of their corazons.
Oh Lord! Oh Lord! Those who were searching for Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha, you gave the final bliss even to them. You, who are so sad, can be happy to release me from the crocodile grip and the birth and death process.
The fans who take shelter in you demand nothing other than you. By singing the glories and wonderful stories, you are submerged in the ocean of paradise.
I glorify this Unperishable Being, the Brahman, the overlord of Brahma and others, the man that can not be seen by the senses and mind, the being which can only be reached by contemplation, the invisible and eternal being, but which appears to be nearest to the ignorant but far from the ignorant, the ancient being, without beginning or end and completely complete.
The intellect, the consciousness, the senses, the gross and subtle material bodies and the endless changes of the different natural forms all emanate from the Lodder and blend into Him. While the sparks of the light of the flame and the rays of the sun emanate from their source.

Like heat generated by flame, And rays formed by sun, in the end, merge into the source from which it came, the awareness, the mind, the senses and the body, come from you.
He's not heaven, man or animal, he's not woman, man or animal, he's not characteristic, he's not mobile, nor is he still mobile and after all these negations he's still.
I don't want to do what I'm here to be, I want to lift the veil of ignorance as an elephant enveloped in ignorance, and from this life as an elephant I get redemption.
I welcome God Who created the universe but is unique to it; who knows the universe; who is the universe's spirit, who is borne free and the divine Brahmam. I welcome him who created the universe.
I worship the God of Yoga who can see from their heart only those Yogis who burn their Karma, and see him with yoga practices.
Salutations to him whose three fold power is unstoppable, Who has all the characteristics, Who protects those who surrender to him, And who cannot be attained by those who have not won over their senses
And because of his delusion of vanity, people think their body is their soul and can not comprehend their real soul. I am searching for that God whose strength can never be surpassed by him.
