इस दोहे का हिंदी मीनिंग: गुरु को यदि मन दे दिया तो शरीर स्वतः ही साथ चला जाता है। जब मन दे दिया, शरीर के दिया तो अब देने को बाकी क्या रह गया है। कबीर साहेब की इस वाणी का विस्तृत दृष्टिकोण में भाव है की गुरु को किसी धन की आवश्यकता नहीं है यदि मन दे दिया है तो वह वास्तविक दक्षिणा है। यदि मन नहीं दिया और दीगर वस्तुएं जो सांसारिक हैं तो समझो कुछ नहीं दिया है क्योंकि मन देने से, मन से गुरु की शिक्षाएं देने पर ही जीव का कल्याण होगा क्योंकि यदि मन नहीं दिया तो वह गुरु के बताये मार्ग पर कभी चल ही नहीं सकता है। उसे माया का पाश सदा ही अपने अंदर खींचता रहेगा।

कबीर गुरू ने गम कही, भेद दिया अरथाय।
सुरति कंवल के अंतरे, निराधार पद पाय॥

बलिहारी गुरू आपकी, घरी घरी सौ बार।
मानुष ते देवता किया, करत न लागी बार॥

सिष खांडा गुरू मसकला, चढ़े शब्द खरसान।
शब्द सहै सनमुख रहै, निपजै सीप सुजान॥

भली भई जो गुरू मिले, नातर होती हानि।
दीपक जोति पतंग ज्यौं, पङता आय निदान॥

भली भई जो गुरू मिले, जाते पाया ज्ञान।
घट ही मांहि चबूतरा, घट ही मांहि दिवान॥

सत्तनाम के पटतरै, देवै को कछु नांहि।
कह ले गुरू संतोषिये, हवस रही मन मांहि॥

निज मन माना नाम सों, नजरि न आवै दास।
कहै कबीर सो क्यों करै, राम मिलन की आस॥

Chadariya defines a weaving for a shawl (chaadar), a kind of clothes for the body. Jhini means small or small and describes how the shawl is made by weaving. Dhini re jhini converts in loose order (in microscopic order) into larger than bigger. In this case God's master is a master craftsman, since his chaadar weaving is small. His weaving is usually determined by the length of the thread. While chaadar is a shawl, which covers the body, it is a cover, just as the body covers the soul. यह शरीर रूपी चादर बहुत ही झीनी है, और राम रस में भीनी हुयी है।

इसके निर्माण में नो से दस महीने बुनने में लगते हैं।और मुर्ख व्यक्ति इसे मैला कर देता है।
It takes 9 to ten months to nurture and bring up the finished product, and the ignorant ones soil it, (the cloth that is the body)

जब मोरी चादर बन घर आई, रंग रेज को दिनी
Jab mori chaadar ban ghar aayee, rang rej ko dini
यह चादर इस संसार में भेजी गयी है।
When this body came home, it was sent to the one who dyes it
Here the one who dyes it is compared to the guru...
ऐसा रंग रंगा रंगरे ने, लालो लाल कर दिनी
इस चादर को उसने लाल रंग में रंग दिया है।
He dyed it with such a color that it is one glorious red all over (auspicious)
Aisa rang ranga rangre ne, lalo laal kara dini...chadariya

ध्रुव प्रह्लाद सुदामा ने ओढी, शुकदेव ने निर्मल किन्ही
Dhruva Prahlad Sudama ney odhii, Shukdev ne nirmal kini
इस चादर को प्रह्लाद, सुदामा और शुकदेव ने ओढ़कर निर्मल कर दिया है।
Various saints and Gnanis have worn it, and Shukdev made it pure and stainless
दास कबीर ने ऐसी ओढी, ज्यों की त्यों धर दिनी
Das Kabir ney aisi odhin, jyo ki tyon dhar din...chadariya
दास कबीर साहेब ने इस चादर को जिस अवस्था में लिया उसी में लौटा दिया अर्थात मैला नहीं किया।
This servant of all, Kabir, wore it in such a way, that he left it, surrendered it, as it was, (when he received it)
