छत की बालकनी पर स्थापित सुरक्षा दीवार को Railing / रेलिंग कहते हैं।
भवन की छत का ऊपरी भाग rooftop/रूफटॉप कहलाता है।
छत के किनारों पर सुरक्षा के लिए बनाई गई दीवार को parapet/पारपेट कहते हैं।
