कचरे का डिब्बा/कचरा पात्र को अंग्रेजी (इंग्लिश) में Dustbin कहते हैं. कचरे का डिब्बा/कचरा पात्र हिंदी भाषा का शब्द है जिससे सबंधित अन्य जानकारी और अर्थ निचे दिया गया है।

कचरे का डिब्बा/कचरा पात्र का अर्थ घर के बाहर रखा एक बड़ा पात्र जिसमें कूड़ा, कचरा डालते है, कूड़ादान, कचरा-पेटी होता है। Dustbin से आशय dustbin/कचरा-टोकनी.कूड़ेदान/कचरा-टोकनी से है। कूड़ेदान या कचरा पात्र एक ऐसी बड़ी/छोटी बाल्टी होती है जिसमें कचरे को एक स्थान पर इकठ्ठा किया जाता है। इसके एक ढक्क्न लगा रहता है जिससे कचरा यहाँ वहां पर फैलता नहीं है। अत कूड़ेदान से आशय वह पात्र जिसमें कूड़ा फेंका जाता है, डस्टबिन आदि होता है।

A dustbin is a large receptacle that is covered and which people use to throw their refuse and it is usually found outside people’s buildings.

Every block has three bins for the same for different types of wastes. Some wastes that have been sorted are hurled around in Green, Blue, and Yellow trash bins respectively.
If necessary items and products were recycled properly it would have a very positive impact on the environment. Garbage in the landfills emit poisonous chemicals as well as greenhouse gases. Recycling eliminates pollution caused by wastes which otherwise could have been released into the environment.

‘Green bin’ is a large, mobile, rigid plastic or metallic container used for collecting compostable or biodegradable waste, so as not to be part of the landfill.

Recycling materials are disposed in collection bins which are blue in colour. Paper—newspapers, magazines etc paper products cardboard, food tins, glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles, tetra pack packaging etc are among the recyclable materials.

When collected using the proper kind of bin or skip the waste is not disposed off to a landfill as is usually expected. The trash which is thrown by the people into these bins, can be collected by the recycling companies and can be used in packets, automobiles and electrical equipments also.
