रामफल को अंग्रेजी (इंग्लिश) में Soursop कहते हैं. रामफल हिंदी भाषा का शब्द है जिससे सबंधित अन्य जानकारी और अर्थ निचे दिया गया है।

रामफल एक फल का नाम है। रामफल एक उष्णकटिबंधीय मौसमी फल होता है। इम्‍यून सिस्टम को मजबूत करने में भी रामफल बहुत उपयोगी होता है। रामफल स्वाद में चीकू के जैसा होता है। पाचन तंत्र के विकास के लिए भी रामफल बहुत ही गुणकारी होता है। रामफल का वानस्पतिक नाम : Annona reticulata रामफल में कई तरह के मिनरल्स और एंटी-डायबिटीक तत्व पाए जाते हैं। 

 

Soursop also called ‘graviola’ or ‘Guanabana’ is a tropical fruit that has a peculiar taste that is somewhere between strawberry, pineapple and lemon. It is external appearance is characterized by a green thorny like outer cover while its pulp has a soft, white, creamy nature resembling custard. Perhaps best known as a source of vitamins C and B, antioxidants and fiber, soursop may be eaten fresh or used in fruit juices, beverages, sweets and ice-cream. It is also used for medical benefits, which may include boost up of the human body’s immune system and acting as anti-inflammatory agents despite the lack detailed research on this aspect.
